I grew up on an island. The importance of safety at sea was apparent when I was very young.

Royal Navy and Royal Marine personnel serve their country. They can be asked to put themselves on the front line for others and I don't take that for granted.

I'm running and raising money for the RMRNC because I believe in what they do, the lives they save and the risks they can be asked to take, with families of their own back home.
