As you know I am running a 10k, or attempting to (!?) on the 18th November this year in loving memory of David, my younger brother who died suddenly from a haemorrhage in November 2011, aged only 35. We all miss him so dearly every day, our world is not the same without him.

We would like this charity to benefit too and I am pretty sure if we raise enough, Toby will run the 10k with myself and one of David's best mates. So please dig deep and donate to this worthy cause.
