Since 2016 Liverpool Airport has supported Alder Hey, raising over £180,000 for a number of projects. In 2021, Liverpool Airport announced it was supporting the charity's Surgical Neonatal Appeal.

Story

With 10 other work colleagues at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, I have decided to take part in what will be my biggest challenge yet, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, which I will be doing to help raise money for the Airports chosen charity, Alder Hey.

We will be taking part in many challenges and events over the next 12 months with our aim being to raise £80,000 for a new Family Room within Alder Heys new state of the art Surgical Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

These rooms enable parents and their families to be alongside their poorly new born babies, whilst they receive expert care with state-of-the-art innovative technology to monitor their condition.

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
