My sister Joanna & I are running the Bristol Half Marathon on Sunday 15th Sept 2019 to raise sponsorship for Headlight Mental Health Charity - the registered charity of AWP NHS Trust.

Headlight have confirmed that any money I raise will go specifically to New Horizons Mother & Baby Unit, which as many of you know helped me enormously when i was unwell after the birth of Katie with Acute Post Natal Depression & Anxiety. I am eternally grateful to New Horizons for getting me back on my feet during my 12 week stay there and giving me back my life with Katie.
