Event: Raising the roof theatrical marathon, on 11 March 2017
Wallingford's theatre/cinema is leaking. The 160 year old glass roof is well past its sell-by date and must be replaced now. The cost is huge and we need your help.

Story

As many if you know, I have been a member of the sinodun players since I was 13 years old. It has played a huge role in my life; teaching me to to perform, leading me towards studying music and performance at university, introducing me to my husband and most importantly, enabling to call many other members my dear friends. Please help me to give something back to this wonderful group and to a building which feels like home. The roof is in such desparate need of repair and if you have ever seen a show or been to the cinema here you will know what a special building it is. Please dig deep to support our show, the building whose serves the community and all the people who make it what it is! Thank you xxx
