Summer Solstice Outdoor Yoga, 20 June 2020
As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold, this is having a massive impact on our ability to support the most vulnerable people in our local community.

Story

The outdoor yoga class will take place at The Patch, Hockeridge Woods on Saturday 20.06.20 in the field - A thoughtful place to be - on John's Lane Farm. It's limited in numbers so please if you want to come and practise - safe distance - outdoors please get in touch. Technology permitting I will live Instagram, or zoom the class to anyone who wants to join from home, or their own back garden.

The  class will start about 8pm and afterwards we can watch the sun set, sit around the fire and drink tea. Please bring mats, blocks warm clothes and blankets.Tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be there but if you would like something more white and fizzy and Italian, feel free to bring your own and toast the longest day with nature itself. I might even bake a cake or two!

If you can't make it and would still like to help feed those people on your doorstep that maybe are struggling at the moment, I would bloody love it if you could make a donation. Thank you so much for your continued support friends and family, it's lovely to feel together on this even though we are apart. I am in constant gratitude of your generosity and warm hearts.

Lots of love, Emma x
