I'm running (or walking..) the Great North Run this September- so please donate me any pennies or pounds you can give! (I also have a paper donation form too if you prefer) 

After years of saying I would do the run I'm finally doing it (argh) I'm running for Motor Neurone Disease in memory of my lovely dad, who unfortunately lost his life to such a horrible disease a few years ago. MND is still incurable and if I can raise just a small contribution to help funding research I, and I'm sure my dad, would be very proud.
