When I told my dad that I wanted to spend some quality time with him on the 22nd September, I was rather vague on the details.... rather like when I last asked him to borrow his car, then had to call him in the early hours of the morning when it met with an unfortunate smelting accident! 

Those of you that know him well will not be surprised that, when I told him this week what we were doing, the first thing he asked about was cut feet, bearing in mind he doesn't do well with blood, but Dad I'm really proud that you have taken it so well & have agreed to still do it with me.
