Motor neurone disease describes a group of disease which leads to muscle weakening, stiffening and eventually wasting. 

Until relatively recently I knew nothing about MND or how it affected people. In the past couple of years I've see how terrible it is and am determined to help in anyway I can by raising awareness and hopefully contributing to vital research, improving care and providing dignity to those affected.

The London Landmarks half marathon is on the 24th of March and I’m looking forward to pushing on with the training, I’d really appreciate any donation big or small! Thank you so much.
