Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July 2017 my life changed. Due to an horrific accident I spent 5 months in 3 different hospitals. Multiple broken bones including my pelvis and back aswell as some damage to my liver. I spent several weeks at Royal Stoke hospital. Finding out I had permanent nerve damage in my left leg and drop foot was not easy. I was determined to run again, that was one of my main goals so I am running 10k at Trentham Gardens on the 11th November to raise money for ward 227(ARTU). It will be 5 years since I got discharged from hospital. The amazing staff on this ward started my rehabilitation 5 years ago. They helped me to read, write, talk and walk again. It's been a long road but I'm now in position to do this. Please donate whatever you can to this amazing ward.
