Story

As most of you will know, 4 years ago, the most important person in our lives, my amazing mum, tragically suffered a severe brain haemorrhage, and against all the odds, managed to survive.
Although she didn't wake up for 6 weeks, and couldn't come home for a further 6 months, we are extremely lucky to still have her with us.
Unfortunately, the injury had a significant impact on her brain, and she now has to have 24 hour care in a fantastic brain injury centre. She lost most of her memory function , meaning she can only live in the present moment, which is a horrible and extremely frustrating thing for mum, and her family and friends to live with.
Brian and I are racing as many miles as we can over the next couple of years , to raise money for a charity call 'Brain Injury Matters' who do some amazing things for patients like mum and families like ours. So far we have run over 120 miles in organised races.

Please dig deep and help us raise some money for such a great cause!

Thankyou so much in advance xxxxxxxxxx
