"An air ambulance charity serving Cumbria, the North-East and North Yorkshire 365 days a year. We need to raise £4m a year to keep our three helicopters flying."
Please give generously. The Great North Air Ambulance need £4million every year for them to be able to carry on with the fantastic work they do.
This is my first ever half marathon. I'm hoping by September 13th I have managed to run this distance in training, but if not it'll be the longest distance I've ever ran! (for those who know me well you'll know I've never really been that into any kind of fitness until quite recently!)
