Walk In The Dark is an event to raise funds for Medical Detection Dogs - a very worthwhile cause. I myself have a 3yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback who has natural ability to scent my daughter's Epilepsy & saved my life by detecting my Cancer at early satge to be treated. But dogs can be trained & shaped to alert owners to these important factors eg diabetes, cancer & epilepsy are just a few of theor abilities!!!
