On Sunday May 22nd 2016, I'll be running the Manchester 10k for the Alzheimers Society. Over 850,000 people are living with Dementia in the UK, and my wonderful Nanny is one of them. 

I'm going to run so that they can continue their work to support people living with dementia and their families, and continue research into the causes and treatments of this cruel and confusing illness.
