I am taking part in the Great North Run to raise money for Mind, a cause that I am such a huge advocate for.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder eight years ago and have watched numerous loved ones struggle everyday with their mental health. Mind is such an important charity in providing support to those who are suffering, as well as raising awareness.

Help me smash through the target of £300!!
