I'm aiming to raise £750 for Women for Women by cycling from London to Paris over three days.  Despite being running-fit I do think this will be a real challenge for me!

The reason I wanted to do this is because my own research has shown me the importance of understanding the determinants of maternal and infant health. The work that the charity does is key to our understanding of this and to developing interventions that help women and infants to be healthy.

All the money donated will go to the charity, I will be paying my costs to get there (about £600).
