so i'm doing the Jenson Button Triathlon ......

what does that involve I hear you ask ..... well......

a swim in a lake....... then hopping onto a bike for a bit of cycling and  finally finished off with a run .... thats the qualifier heat ...... then a few hours later its followed by a Sprint triathlon 750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run

so why I am doing it?

well I spend far too much of my time in the office crunching numbers, so wanted to enter an event that was going to challenge me but also hopefully raise a bit of money for a good cause in the process and what better cause that Cancer Research UK.
