In July 2019 we lost our beautiful Nanna at the wonderful age of 97! Seeing her deteriorate over a period of time due to dementia was absolutely heartbreaking. It took our Nanna away from us little by little, so this year in memory of our strong fighter (little Joany) I'm running the Great North Run.  

Dementia UK is an amazing charity providing specialist dementia support of an Admiral Nurse service.
