This June I will be jumping out of a plane from 13000ft, accelerating 120mph before landing back on the ground. I thought this amazing experience would be a great way to grab people's attention to raise awareness and encourage donations to Cancer Research. All money raised will go directly to Cancer Research (none of it will be used to pay for the skydive).

I chose to raise money for Cancer Research due to knowing several people who have recently been affected by cancer, with the recent sad loss of family friend Steve Brown. His courage in his battle has inspired me to raise money and awareness to help us beat cancer.

Money donated to the charity contributes to research into prevention, treatment and diagnosis of cancer. Any amount of donation, whether it is big or small will bring us one step closer to finding a cure.
