For many years I have had a problem with addiction. I have used it to block my feelings and thoughts. After hitting an all time low I realised I needed to change so sought help. I was passed around several organisations before starting at Iceni. Iceni was instantly different. They treated me with respect and as an individual. 

At Iceni I have had counselling, attended groups, received acupuncture, and had a constant key worker for support. With their guidance and support I am no longer feeding my addictions. More importantly I’m a stronger, happier, healthier person, and that allows me to be the Mummy my beautiful children deserve.

I’ve chosen boxing to keep me focused, aid my fitness and because it’s a fresh and exciting challenge.
