Story
Sue Ryder are a fantastic organisation helping those who are ill as well as their loved ones. Susie from Sue Ryder (what are the odds!) was a great comfort to all of the family but especially Mum. She visited her at home and helped her cope with any pain she was in, whilst giving us all comfort and support wherever she could. We are still extremely grateful for the kind and compassionate care we received from Susie and Sue Ryder at the most difficult time. So this felt like a great opportunity to raise some money for them whilst getting off my backside!
I will be doing a combination of gym classes, running and walking
Im doing 31 minutes of activity for the 31 days in May to support Sue Ryders Move for May!Will you support me in my challenge? Your contribution will make an impact and could help people experiencing grief feel less alone.Thank you
