Move for Cornwall Mind this winter! Set yourself an exercise and fundraising challenge and raise money for better mental health. It's YOUR 30 day challenge whether its daily workouts, running 30 miles or cycling 300k over 30 days.

Story

I’ve recently started volunteering for Cornwall Mind and wanted to raise funds for the incredible work that they do. Exercise and movement have been so beneficial to my own mental health, I thought this would be a great way to keep me motivated.

I’m going to be trying 30 different ways of moving/exercising in 60 days, starting in January. I'm putting together a list, so if you have any ideas, please feel free to send me some suggestions. Simple, silly, all ideas welcome!

Move for Cornwall Mind is an exercise and fundraising challenge to raise money for better mental health in Cornwall. It's your 30-day challenge whether it's daily workouts, running 30 miles or cycling 300k over 30 days. You can choose how you'll get active to fundraise for everyone experiencing a mental health problem in our county. Every penny donated stays in Cornwall to support local people struggling with their mental health.
