Story
Like many others, my Mental Health has been affected by the ongoing pandemic, I have coping mechanisms, such as exercise and talking to my loved ones when I'm not feeling great, however not everyone has that support around them and need access to organisations like Mind, due to the pandemic people referring to Mind alone has gone up 400%. I will be walking 10,000 steps a day for 30 days, showing the evidence on my social media pages (Facebook and Instagram), to help raise money to help MIND in being able to offer more help to those reaching out in these uncertain times.
