Story
Last year I decided to do this run while mum was going through chemo - She always found it so easy to stay positive through everything, for me, I needed a little bit more encouragement, this fundraiser was a great way to keep me going.
During my fundraising she got a perforated bowel and septicaemia and ended up in hospital and Eden Valley hospice. Through all this she carried on fighting for another couple of months and was able to come home and received her end of life care at home.
My fundraising page closed on the 26th July, the day she passed. With this anniversary coming up I’ve decided to re-open my page and set myself a new challenge of 100k in July and hopefully get my funding total up to £2000!
Mum was such an inspiration and I want to carry on making her proud and putting out positive vibes into the world ✌️
