Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I (Emma Course) have set myself a challenge to do 10 Bupa Great Run's in one year (2012) and I would like your help in giving some money to a charity that is close to my heart, Diabetes UK. My sister was told that she had Diabetes at the year of 11 (scary)! She was told that she would have to inject herself with insulin 5 time a day for the rest of her life!! So after seeing the Great South Run on TV I thought to my self that I could do that and entered! After seeing the nominated charity, I set these bigger challenges! The races are 5x 10km, 4x half marathon and 1x 10miles in one year (2012).
I have done the first seven which were:
1. Half Marathon in Bideford! very hilly 4th March
2. 10km in Dublin! hilly 15th April
3. Half marathon in exeter! very very hilly 6th May
4. 10km in Manchester was flat (whop whop)! 20th May
5. 10km in Newcastle on the 22nd July 2012

6. Great Yorkshire in sheffield, was mostly flat but with a big hill at the end 2nd Sept

7. Great north run (the big one, it on t.v. all over the country and it is the bigger half in the country) Newcastle to south shields!! It was up and down but fab :@) 16th Sept

Next and last 3 are: Edinburgh great run 10km (7th Oct), Birmingham Great run half mar (21st Oct) and The great south run in portsmouth 10miles (28th Oct)
