I'm running the Manchester 10k for the British Heart Foundation, a charity which helps prevent people dying from heart diseases.  I'm running for this charity as my sister has a heart condition which she was born with.  She had an operation at the age of 17, and she'll need another within the next 5-10 years.  I want to raise money for the British Heart Foundation to show my gratitude for their work; I couldn't live without my sister and so many more people can't live without the help that they provide.

I'm not the greatest runner in the whole world but I'm going to try my absolute best - I'd really appreciate any donations at all so please sponsor me!
