Hello!

I’m raising money for The John McNeill Opportunity Centre in Salisbury by taking part in a 102 mile cycle sportive on 12 Oct.  My training will be mostly limited to the indoor turbo-trainer due to the fact that David is away and I have to fit my training in before Charlie wakes for his busy day!  Where possible I will try to get out on my bike for some training but this is dependent on having someone to look after Charlie. This will make it even more of a challenge for me so please help support this very worthwhile local charity.
