Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In November of this year I am embarking on the biggest challenge of my life to date; a trek to Mount Everest Base Camp, a staggering 5357m above sea level!! And why you ask? In aid of two fantastic charities which are extremely important to me.
First is the British Heart Foundation. Coronary heart disease is the UK's biggest killer causing around 82000 deaths a year. In the UK around 2.7million people are living with heart disease including several members of my family but the British Heart Foundation are leading the fight against it. Their pioneering research is vital to the prevention, survival, and care of those suffering with heart disease. With your generosity you too can join this fight.

The Second is Girl-Guiding UK which as many of you know is a charity that I have been involved with since I was 5 years old. Girl-Guiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. It owes its success to the thousands of volunteers who work tirelessly to create a welcoming space where individuals can make friends, dream big, and reach their true potential.

In order to partake in this challenge I need to raise a minimum of £3750 for the British Heart Foundation who are sponsoring me to do so. PLEASE NOTE, all the money donated on this page will go directly to the British Heart Foundation. Once I have reached this target the remaining money will be divided between the two charities. If you wish to divide your donation or make a donation directly to Girl-Guiding please get in contact with me (I will also be creating a JustGiving page specifically for Girl-Guiding once I am closer to my minimum sponsorship target). Remember all donations made on this page are explicitly for the British Heart Foundation.
Whilst November seems like a long way away this is a huge challenge and so for once I'm trying to be organised! As you all know I constantly try to push myself and this trek is going to stretch my physical and mental ability far beyond anything I have ever done before. Over the years I have been extremely blessed with family and friends who have supported me through various ups, downs, and challenges, and now it's my turn to give something back but I can't do it on my own. I need your help so please please please donate as much as you can and thank you all so much for your amazing generosity.
THANK YOU!!
