Thank you so much for visiting my just giving page.

My mum suffered with COPD for some 6 years, this condition in the later stages severely restricted my mums independence as she was oxygen dependent.

Mum did really well to manage her condition with some wonderful help from all the COPD nurses, but the condition worsened as time went by.

Mum, you will be forever in our hearts xxx
