As a proud member of the Children’s Cancer North team, I’d like to raise money to support the charity’s efforts to make life better for children with cancer in the North East and Cumbria. 

Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated and will be used towards funding revolutionary research, funding family breaks for patients and their families to make special memories, funding bereavement support and much more. 

On the 9th of June I’ll be swimming 2 miles of Lake Windermere in the Great North Swim. At the time of writing (3 weeks prior to the event) I am yet to train in a lake or swim more than 1.2 miles in a pool. Will I make it? Who knows!
