Hello All

Well I did it, in one hour exactly, breaking my, er PB by a ridiculous 15 mintues.  Not sure if it was the cheering crowds, the flat road (as opposed to uneven earth) or just the disbelief that I was there running with around 30,000 other people. Was a great day, with excellent support from the Candoco team and cheering on by Lauren.

Thanks to Nicky, Barnaby, Matty and everyone who donated and supported me along the way, especially Neil and Toby who donated so generously.

Went running in my park again the other day. Very odd not to be clocking my time and distance so hard....
