The aim of the 20-4-21 challenge is to get an elite group of people of all ages, fitness levels & physical abilities to complete 20,000km & raise 20,000 from February to New Years Eve 2021
This breaks down to each individual completing a minimum 1000km & raising 1000, 1 a Km. The 1000km can be completed by walking, running, cycling, swimming, rowing - however and whatever way suits you best.
