The Countryfile team are back and raising life-changing amounts of money by donning their walking boots.I am joining them with my own sponsored Countryfile Ramble to help change support children and young people.

I will be walking to Chess Valley from Chesham to Rickmansworth to raise money for this. I hope that others will join me for a portion or all of this.
