here on the Isle of Man inspired by and memory of my beautiful, smiley nephew Mason.

SMA type-1 is the number one cause of death for young babies. There is currently no cure. Babies unlucky enough to be born with SMA type-1 are not likely to see their first birthday. My gorgeous nephew was one of those  unlucky babies, but he did very well and reached a year old,, not only because of his fighting spirit but also due to the unwavering love and care showered on him by his devoted, awe-inspiring parents.

My beautiful nephew has been my inspiration since 2014 to get fitter, stronger and to keep pushing myself.
