Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 70,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. MDUK do vital work in funding pioneering research into treatments and cures as well as providing vital information, advice, resources and support for individuals and families living with these conditions.All donations, big or small, are greatly appreciated. I'm doing a sweepstake on my time to run 13.1 miles to the original official route this year. I ran the 40th anniversary route last year, you can try and estimate my time from that but it was bloody lumpy! And I plan on doing more prep and training this year 😂. The closest to my official time will be the winner and will get a hamper of goodies as their prize! So when making you donations pop your estimate in. If you forget don't worry, I'll make sure to contact you separately. I did my fundraiser last year on adding songs to my playlist - my headphones then failed at the start line 🤦🏼‍♀️ so at least I have my playlist ready to go and will be using it for training too so if you have any amazing suggestions as I'm always up for new and interesting suggestions then feel free to pop that in too!
