This year I am running the Bupa 10,000 for the charity Myeloma UK.  This is a charity which is close to my family's heart, particulary over the last 10 months or so.  My Dad, Steve, is currently undergoing treatment for Myeloma, which is a type of bone marrow cancer arising from plasma cells found in the bone marrow.

Myeloma UK provide a range of services that cover every aspect of Myeloma from information and support to improving standards of treatment and care through research, education, campaigning and raising awareness.
