Story

We sadly lost our Dad in June and will be running the 2024 London Marathon in his memory, raising money for St Ann’s Hospice.

We were lucky to be able to care for Dad at home in his final weeks, precious time that we will cherish forever. The support that we received from the hospice sector at this time was exceptional!
As a family we were aware of the great work that Hospices do as Emma is Head of Clinical services at St Ann’s Hospice, although it’s fair to say we didn’t fully appreciate just how important the work is until we really needed it.

This will be Emma’s first Marathon attempt and Jon’s second London Marathon, Dad loved the idea of us running it together to raise such valuable funds, we hope we do you proud Dad!
