Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to take part in a 5k Run at Run or Dye! at Bath Racecourse on Saturday 16th May in memory of both of my nan's. I'm not that fit (I suppose I'd better do some training!) but I do like the fact I get coloured paint thrown at me and in my general direction.

My nan, Joyce, on my mum's side of my family sadly passed away from a series of mini strokes in June 2008 - aged 84 years old. She passed away in a hospital in Lincolnshire.

My other nan, Dorothy, on my dad's side of my family, passed away in October 2014 in a hospital in Salisbury in Wiltshire - aged 94 years old. Dorothy may of had a mini stroke(s) a few weeks before she passed away. The hospital were not sure if she had one or a few as it wasn't clear on her brain scan(s)

I still miss them both, I still think about them.

I'm running in their memory. Joyce - because of her positivity. Dorothy - because she was stubborn!

Thank you :)  xx
