Story

I'm running the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1 October with my wonderful friend Beth (who also has her own JustGiving page). This will be both of our first half marathon.

We chose to run for Mind to support their amazing work for mental health as it is a cause close to both of our hearts.
