On the 31st March 2017 i was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Being 24 i was lucky enough to be refered to the teenage and young adults ward at the Bristol Haematology & Oncology Centre. Everything happened very quickly, being supported by the Teenage Cancer Trust i started chemotherapy with in 2 weeks of being diagnosed. After 6 months of chemo and radiotherapy my doctor confirmed i was in remisson.
After recovery time i am now back working full time. I want to thank the nurses and doctors who helped me along the way, i feel i can do this by raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Myself, my partner Rich and my friend Matt are going to attempt the 3 Peaks Challenge on June 1st 2018 in hope to raise as much money as possible.
