Having done a British Heart Foundation (BHF) sea swim together 13 years ago in 2010 😳 we thought it was about time to have another go. A little bit further for the extra challenge and encouraging us to get together and prioritise doing something healthy and good for our own hearts ❤️ 

It’s absolutely incredible what can be done now to mend hearts and keep them going, but we also know that being healthy and active makes a huge difference too 😇
