I want to celebrate 12 fantastic years at Microsoft with you all but I want to do it in a way that shares the love with a cause close to my heart. I will always look back fondly on my time and the many friends I've made across the business. I'm excited about the next stage of my career, but I'll miss being part of the MS family which has been such a big part of my life, seen my marriage, my Children and many new friendships born.
