I know you're all probably thinking 'Emily does a lot of walking so climbing Ben Nevis doesn't seem like much of a challenge' BUT it will be in pitch black and that means there will be a good chance that I disappear down a bog and never be found again, therefore this walk will not be easy!

As well as the challenge of this walk I think it's time I did some fundraising especially for a charity which helps look after people with a disease that affects so many people including the family, friends and carers. One of my closest friends lost her father to Dementia so I'm hoping this charity will be one which most people I know can relate to.
