I’m 28 years old born and living with cerebral palsy. On the 6th October I will be taking part in a 5km obstacle course race, called The Red Warrior Challenge  in my home town of Wales. While competing in this event I will be raising money for a charity called Bobath Wales. It’s charity that specialise in helping children who are living with cerebral palsy, using different treatment methods. I’m really excited about competing in this event as I think it is a fantastic opportunity to show people living with the same condition that anything is possible and you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Maybe even inspire people to take part!
