i think it's fair to say that everyone's life has been touched by this awful disease in some way or form. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer. I'm raising money for this charity to help the research continue and keep hope alive! 

Swimming in open water is a challenge for myself, I've never swum in anything that isn't chlorinated! 10km is the swimmers marathon, there is a time limit of 4hours 30minutes to complete the distance in.
