Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So continuing my quest to stay physically and mentally fit whilst raising vital funds for mental health services, I am following up my previous challenges with this new virtual challenge during lockdown. Over the course of May I’ll run the marathon distance of 26.2 miles - on average a 10K run a week or 2 x 5k!
But during Mental Health Awareness Week 18th-24th May, I’ll be running a half marathon so 21K total, or 3k a day.
Hopefully my glute injury will hold up!
