Story

In March 2016 our family called upon the help of St Barnabas hospice to help with my mums, Maxine Prangnell, end of life care. Because of them my mum got to spend her last week in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by loved ones. Their workers are actual angels, helping you all through the darkest, hardest times in your life.

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, St Barnabas Hospice is facing huge financial losses. This is because charity shops had to close for a period of time, fundraising events had to be cancelled and fundraising activities were reduced. Because of this, I am asking you to sponsor me as I undertake this challenge for the Hospice.

The reason it’s 21 miles is because that is the distance between Lincoln and Gainsborough inpatient unit. Please if you can give anything to help, please do. They are essential to so many people and they are fantastic charity that we can’t afford to lose.
