Story

So, after taking some inspiration from my Auntie who is taking part in the 21 day run/cycle challenge to raise funds for the wonderful Lily Foundation I have decided to do the same! Running or cycling everyday for 21 days, which if you know me ..will be a struggle and I will not committ to a target per day.. just as much as I can 🤣 I know so many people who hold this charity so close to their hearts and do as much as they can for it, so if you could contribute anything towards this amazing charity that would be really appreciated, thank you!

The Lily Foundation was founded in Lily's memory, having lost her battle to Mitochondrial Disease at just eight months old. The charity aims to give hope, answers and support to the many other children and families that face the challenges of this disease today.Did you know every twenty minutes a child is born who will develop Mitochondrial Disease by the age of 16! There is no cure for this disease which is for many, debilitating and life limiting. Please stand with us and fight Mitochondrial Disease and fight for hope.
