Story

1) 2800 situps.Feb 2) 10k.March 3) Climb big mountain. May. 4) Great North Run - 13.1 miles. Sept 11. Parts 2.3.4 in wheelchair..

Why? In 2021 I sadly lost a very dear, lifelong friend who I saw as  a big sister. We were very close and she was hugely influential to me and inspiring for me. She had Cystic Fibrosis and I spent numerous days at her hospital bedside. She did numerous amazing things with her life outside of hospital.

She, like so many others with this cruel, nasty condition, passed on too young. I am proud and was was immensely privileged to have known her. I am honoured to fundraise for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

These challenges might make my arms/abs hurt for a short while but people with Cystic Fibrosis face huge challenges for a lifetime, especially with the fundamental process of simply breathing.
