How could you raise £100 in 100 days, to support the 100+ people diagnosed with MS each week?

Story

Most of you know that I have recently been diagnosed with MS. The MS Trust really helped me through a tough time when I was first diagnosed. The guidance and support they provide on their website, booklets and over the phone is invaluable.

This is why I have chosen to raise money for the MS Trust by completing their Mission 100 challenge. I will complete 100 exercises each day for 100 days starting on 1 Jan 20. Having been out of action for nearly a year now this will be very challenging for me. I will keep a log and take photos daily to keep a track of my progress.

More than 100 people are diagnosed with MS each week. During this time they will be feeling emotional, confused and chances are they will have a lot of questions. They need information they can trust and someone they can talk to, who understands what they are going through and help find what they need. The MS Trust are there for those 100+ people from day one, and everyday after.

The £100 (and hopefully more) I raise during my mission could help the MS Trust to ensure these people have access to the Making Sense of MS resource. It provides a brief introduction to multiple sclerosis and answers the questions most commonly asked after diagnosis.

Please show your support and donate if you can. Thank you!

Emily :-)
